Module 1 is recommended to be completed before attending any others All webinars start at 11am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time Save by booking all 3 modules! $695+gst for 3       Module Dates Details Module 1 TKO Introductory Session $250.00 + GST March 30th 2010 11am - 1pm AEDST April 15th 2010 11am - 1pm AEST This session is for new or reviewing TKO users.  You will be viewing the TKO trainers screen and be covering all aspects of TKO and it's use.  Module 2 Systems Manager $250.00 + GST March 11th 2010 11am - 1pm AEDST April 22nd 2010 11am - 1pm AEST This session focuses on the 7 Steps of the Systems Manager in TKO which is where you create the structure of your data file and is the most important part of the framework of your TKO.  You will work through developing your operational key business area to ensure that you have the correct foundation to build the rest of your manual.  You will also learn how to identify all the documents you need to write in your manual. Module 3 Policies/Procedures & Publishing $250.00 + GST March 18th 2010 11am - 1pm AEDST April 29th 2010 11am - 1pm AEST This session will teach you in detail the workings of the policies and procedures area of TKO.  You will also learn how to deal with any existing documents in your organisation.  You will also be given templates to assist you with writing new documents and information about correct writing methods.  You will also learn how to publish manuals for your entire organisation, just one department or for an individual & different methods of publshing.
