Module 1
TKO Introductory Session
Every Mon 11am-12noon

This session is for new or reviewing TKO users. You will be viewing the TKO trainers screen and be covering all aspects of TKO and it's use.
Module 2
Systems Manager
Every Wed 11am-12noon
EST
This session focuses on the 7 Steps of the Systems Manager in TKO which is where you create the structure of your data file and is the most important part of the framework of your TKO. You will work through developing your operational key business area to ensure that you have the correct foundation to build the rest of your manual. You will also learn how to identify all the documents you need to write in your manual.
Module 3
Policies/Procedures & Publishing
Every Frid 11am-12noon EST
This session will teach you in detail the workings of the policies and procedures area of TKO. You will also learn how to deal with any existing documents in your organisation. You will also be given templates to assist you with writing new documents and information about correct writing methods. You will also learn how to publish manuals for your entire organisation, just one department or for an individual & different methods of publshing.
Note: All sessions are online with a conference call. A broadband or ADSL internet connection is vital.
Also inquire about our one on one customisation sessions which are available by appointment. In these sessions you will be guided through creating your data file and coached on the tips and techniques of how to achieve a massive outcome in a short amount of time.
