TKO Document Integration

The project of starting and completing your TKO manual is one that is simple if you follow a plan. At Transform Business Systems we are able to stay involved in a small or large way throughout every step of this plan.

Once you start your new TKO database the first stage is to integrate any existing documents you may have already existing in your business.

This means gathering together any documents such as

Policies
Procedures
Work instructions
Information Documents
3rd party manuals

This stage can be carried out for you as a service by us ensuring it is completed speedily and effectively. The cost of this depends upon the size of content you are providing. If you would like a quote for integration simply follow the steps below...

Create a new folder in your "My Docs" called "Docs for TKO"
Search your computer and network for any document that you think is of use in your business manual and copy & past them into the folder in step 1

Note: Do not try to "fix" the documents at this stage in any way

Once you have exhausted every existing resource copy the folder to a CD or memory stick and send it to us

We will then review the content and give you a quote. You will find that we are able to complete this task in a fraction of the time it may take you and more importantly...we have the time that you may not to actually complete this stage.

At the completion of this stage you will receive your TKO database back with all of your documents integrated and all text styles standardised and consistent.
