What is the TKO affiliate system

The TKO affiliate system is designed to enable a person or company to refer a contact to information about TKO software. The contact will be connected directly to the Transform Business Systems (TBS) business development team ensuring that they are contacted and given all necessary information that they may require in relation to TKO.

This system ensures that a referred contact is able to access professional and accurate information on TKO including TKO software trials and online TKO demonstrations. All contacts will be assigned a personal Business Development Manager. If appropriate the contact will receive a quote and be followed in the future.

Why join the TKO affiliate network

You may be joining the affiliate network for several different reasons. As a user of TKO within your own business you may wish to refer business colleagues or friends to TKO information so that they can achieve the outcomes that you are through using TKO. You may be a business consultant or coach who has identified that TKO will be a benefit for your clients and would like to refer them so that they can access information directly.

No matter the reason the affiliate network ensures that your contact is handled professionally and correctly by a TKO expert. Once the contact chooses to purchase TKO a referral reward of 10% of the TKO license cost is forwarded to you immediately.

How does the TKO affiliate system work

An affiliate will receive a unique web site URL which you can add as a link from your own web site, add to your email signature or manually send to a contact at any time. If your web site has good traffic you may find that you are receiving affiliate rewards without even knowing they have happened.

When used this link will direct the contact to the Transform Business Systems home page. Once their they may browse the site and self evaluate the information or choose to register their details. Once registered a TBS Business Development Manager will be allocated to them and they will be contacted; usually within 1 hour.

The act of having registered means that the new contacts details also carry a special identifier that will indicate that they used your affiliate link to browse to the web site. If the contact does not register on the first visit but returns to the web site at any time in the next 12 months a cookie will still identify them as being directed their originally by you, even if they don't return via your link. Note: If the contact clears their cookies the link to you will be removed. Unfortunately we have no power over this happening but are confident that based on the contact being directed their by you and the tools on the TBS site designed to encourage registration that they will register on their first visit.

At any time in the future should the contact purchase TKO the referral reward will be paid to you via cheque or direct deposit. There is no expiry of time for the referral, if they purchase, you are rewarded.
